Grandma's Birthday

Grandma birthday was on the 8th december, this is the first time i got to celebrate her birthday. She is 60th now! Happy Birthday!!!

The kind of zoo i went..

"I went to the zoo, i went to the zoo zoo zoo" ... after watching the Barney "go to the zoo" CD, dad wants to bring me to the zoo ... the different time this time, it's in Sunway Lagoon, they called it Wild Life Park .... I had a great day out today!

You see, there's suppose to be a monkey inside, naugthy monkey, and mom always say i'm a monkey at home.... i wonder why ..????? i don't have a tail... hmm ...

It's a fun day out, and i spend most of the time chasing pelican, rabbit, birds, ...wow...lot's of walking and walking.....

Mom and dad bought me a swimming pool ... very small indeed, i can't even "flood" ....but it's a right pool to play with my lion, fish, turtle, and duck duck ....

I like swimming

Mom and dad brought me to PD for a short get-away. Initially we supposed to stay in Palm Springs, but their pools and all water-activities are closed for maintenance and therefore we stayed in Legend Hotel instead. It was quite a hot afternoon when we reach PD, we only stay at the beach for a while (dirty beach), mom not allowing me to play with the sand :(

In the hotel, we spend most of the time in the swimming pool ... heheh my favorite too!

Mom took me out from the float once, and it was also fun swimming in the water, oh yah ... i fell in the children pool, and i drank quite a lot of pool-water :P yuks!!

I'm been very playful these months, i like to walk here and there (i can run too, but somehow, mom always shut at me whenever she sees me run, what's wrong with running?) you see, i sweat a lot too, so after shower i will start picking up toys and transfer them to one place to another, and i like to play with the "Tilam" too! i can fold it, hide in it, make it like a house, put my mom in it and then then i lay on it, then i walk to the back and "ke-po" with kakak and ma ma for a while, i like to see them cleaning and picking those green plants, they call it "vege", then i "help" kakak to "UN"-fold the clothes ..... so it just makes me sweat !!! A LOT .... then grandma said, "change the shirt, it all get wet ! then mom said, "just take it off" ..... so then i start running around half-naked ....

I fell down when trying to get rid of my mom's hand and trying to run to the opposite house.

Basically i managed to place my hand to stop me to roll over but i'm not strong enough to avoid my head hitting the ground, god ... that's how my face got bruises ....

Mom, I promise i won't do this again !

Bumble Bee ..

Auntie Pei Chin bought me this bumble-bee costume when i was hmm ...about 9th month old? it was too big for me that time and mom kept it for sometimes and then only realize that now i'm 14th month old and should be able to wear it ... but i guess is a little too small for me now, mom not able to button-up the bottom part and that's air coming in from my pat-pat ... heheheh ...

I dressed this up and went dinner in a restaurant in Taipan, USJ and everyone pointing at me and called me bumble-bee, hey my name is Jayrel !!!

ooo oooh oooh .... this is how i react when i got into the Bird's' park, there's lots of birds in there!!!! This is also the first time mom and dad visiting the bird's park.

I see lots of "ducks" (in fact it is a Pelican liked Trash bin), i just keep chasing all these "ducks"

I enjoy myself pretty much seeing all the birds around, emu, parrots (noisy), peacock, pelican, flamingo, etc (mom doesn't know the name of those birds)

I went to the ZOO!

姑姑 took us to the zoo on a Saturday morning, the traffic was pretty bad and i manage to catch my short nap before reaching the zoo.

there's a giraffe, an elephant, Chickens, and a pony !

I was so surprise to see all the animals, the giraffe, elephant, pelican ( i always think they are duck duck), flamingo, barn animals (hey i ride on a pony too!!), hedgehog, emu, rein deer, mouse deer, WALLABY (mom thought they can only survive in Australia ?!), birds, tiger, lion, bear (and i was the first one to spot them, when everyone else was looking for the bears, t was up in the tree, mommy!)

So, have you been to the zoo yet ? I can be your tour guide for the next round ;)

12th Month!

yeah i'm one! I have been a "good" boy this year and not qualify to be called a "baby", so now instead of JayRel Be, you should call me JayRel Boy, ok?!?!

Mom has been busy and before it drags to the next month, she quickly write me this blog. I have no birthday celebrations ... why ? 外婆 said, 1 year old cannot celebrate and it's some kind of "pantang larang", so ... what mom has in mind to design and get aunt Cyrene to bake me the cake has to be canceled :( that's ok, we can always celebrate again ... he he ...

Mom has been busy and forgot to update my blog, so now you see, she can't remember exactly when i can do all these:
1. my 9th tooth just came out - probably around end 12th month
2. I can call "pa pa" whenever i see pa pa coming back from work- around end of 11th month (yeah, mom got jealous when i still can't call mommy yet)
3. I can shout for "ball ball" when papa come back and sure he will pick up the ball and start playing futsal with me
4. I hate shower these days, and i just don't like anyone washing my hair and my face. stop it please!
5. My favourite TV shows are fun song factory, winnie the pooh, thomas and friends (must have sing song in it)
6. I can dance, shake my body and head too!
7. I like to eat, whatever ....
8. I like to drink, plum juice, orange juice, ribena, mixed fruit juice, yagurt, vitagen, ......
9. I like to play, grandma has been buying lots of toys to me, and most of the toys has been torn apart, filled with saliva, small parts has been taken out (avoiding choking hazard woh)
10. I can walk, may be mom should put my walking video up as i walk with my hands up (like chicken) ha ha ... funny ....

11th Month

wow ...... i'm turning 11th month now ... I have learnt to "walk" faster by grabbing or holding on anything i could, i learn to crawl faster everywhere ... and up to mom's room "ka ka cau cau" ! I learn to hold my own bottle, but i will let mom hold it for me half way through co'z start feeling tired ma ;) I can make lots of funny faces, blowing "saliva", waving good byes, moving my hands showing "no more" etc.

I like to go out of the house, to the playground, have a stroll around the neighborhood in my stroller or dad's car, grandma starts bringing me to other taman (sometimes I feel is kinda long distance that could really test my patience, which making me start standing up co'z start feeling stiff in my butt)

I still have no confidence to let go my hands and walk by myself, but i have tried to stand (unconsciously) without holding anything (*for just a while*)

I donno why I couldn't sleep well these days as i always suddenly awake as if being frighten and cried for a long time and this has scared everyone in the house ! arrrghhh ... may be i shouldn't have played so hard with pa pa during the days.

I'm going to be one soon .... yeah .... then i could have more *varieties* of food ...

1st Chinese New Year

Gong Xi Fa Cai !!! This is the first new year celebrations and I have lots of new clothes to wear (*whispers* I'm wearing age 2 shirts now, but the pants are still too long for me :P)

I try to sleep through the journey back to Teluk Intan, you see it's kinda boring in the car with limited space and "things" i could move and play with so it's better for me to zzzzzzz

On the new year's day, I woke up early to wish everyone a good health and good fortune, and you know what... I received lots of red packets too! *what am I going to do with all these packets??!* It doesn't taste good at all but it could be a good practice for me to tear and make a big mess out of it. OH! I had a great fall when i was trying to *crawl* myself around (MOM, the pants are too long and i always kneed on it!!!!!) and i have bitten my lips which it bleeds a lot too, and my upper lip was swollen after a while, but lucky that i didn't break my teeth :P



I met Mr. Lion, two of them!!! errmmm .... they just jumping around accompanying by big drums, cymbals and gongs then follow by lighting up firecrackers ... ermmmm sound noisy but i have fun watching it ...

10th month

wah ... I'm ten-month old ! hmm ... I learn to eat from a little cereal to a little of porridge (I guess it was just half a small bowl) and now I could take up to hmm .. 2 bowls a day ! wah .. yum yum ... but mom still not giving me any meat yet (except for fish) probably I will be able to eat yummy drum-stick soon ...

I learn a couple of tricks during the month:

1. I learn to shake my head when i hear music that i like ... and now i learn to shake when mom asked me to
2. I learn to "catch" the fan whereby i will raise my arm towards the fan
3. I learn to open and close my hand when hearing "chak-ji-gok", I donno what it is... that's great grandma's way of asking to open and close my hands
4. Ha I learn to make funny face too!
5. Gong Xi Gong Xi is the new thing i learn recently in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations ... ha!
6. I learn to "roll" my water bottle too, then i will chase after it ...

9th month

yeah .. i can crawl and can travel in high speed too, i can hold on to something to help me stand and yeah ... climbing stairs is my favorite pastime now! (with support of course!) hmm ... pretty much cover my exercise routine ... ma ma been chasing after every now and then now ... I like to play with water now, and SHOWER too!

My eating routine, hmmm .... still drinking 240oz (whenever i feel like drinking it, normally it helps me better to get to sleep), porridge (mom asked to blend it for better digestion, ma ma said my poo-poo is a bit hard), fruits, biscuits, yogurt, juices, fish, bread, noodles, vegetables, .... and still i just love to taste whatever and whoever is eating ... hehehe (a note, i don't really like kiwi though)

I can utter a few words now, "mummum", "baabaa", "boooobooo", "mooomooo", "daat daat" hmm ... i guess too much "Oh McDonald has a farm" for me ...

I'm getting slimmer these days, as you can see, my "puffy" face has gone down a bit, but i'm still keeping my big tummy (as you can see how much i can eat every two hours)
